Moreover, the global market is anticipated to reach USD 40.7 Billion by the end of 2026. Rising disposable income of the consumers and growing spending on non-essential products are some major factors which are likely to foster the growth of global market of OTC consumer health products sold in pharmacies.
The MENA region is no exception to this trend. Pharmacy chains are gearing up for foreign competition by opening new outlets, revamping outdated ones and acquiring smaller units.
