Everything you need to know before registering
Is DUPHAT 2026 officially CME accredited?
Yes. DUPHAT 2026 is accredited for up to 38.5 CME credit hours by the Dubai Health Authority, AdPha and ICHS. Certificates are issued after the conference.
Will I receive a visa invitation letter?
Yes. Once your registration is confirmed and payment is processed, our team will issue an official visa invitation letter you can submit with your UAE visa application. Please register at least 30 days before travel to allow sufficient processing time.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Full refund up to [60] days before the event. [50%] refund between [30–60] days before. No refunds within [30] days, but delegate transfers to a colleague are accepted free of charge up to [7] days before the event.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included in the delegate fee, but DUPHAT has negotiated preferred rates at partner hotels within walking distance of Dubai World Trade Centre. Booking codes are sent with your registration confirmation.
Can my hospital or department register a group?
Yes. Groups of 5 or more delegates qualify for a discounted group rate. Use the registration form below and select “Group (5+)” as the registration type — our group coordinator will get back to you within 24 hours with a custom quote, centralised invoicing options, and dedicated delegate handling.
What if the event is rescheduled or cancelled?
In the unlikely event of a rescheduling, your registration transfers automatically to the new dates. If a cancellation occurs without a rescheduled date, you receive a full refund of your registration fee.
Is there a virtual attendance option?
DUPHAT 2026 is in-person only at Dubai World Trade Centre to preserve the quality of clinical exchange and CME-accredited interaction. Selected recorded sessions may be available to registered delegates post-event.
