"Professor Amer graduated from U.S.A with a Ph.D degree in pharmaceutical biotechnology major in 2010. He is currently working as a Dean at the College of Pharmacy, King Saud university (KSU) and a consultant for the Saudi Council For Health Insurance (CCHI) . Amer has 20 + years of experience in the fields of pharmaceutical R&D and innovation, Pharmaceutical Technical operations, Business and Markets Developments, Pharmaceutical Logistics and Supply Chain (SC). He was a Biotechnology Consultant for Riyadh Valley Company back in 2012. He was also the Vice President for Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Company heading their Technical Operations from 2015 until 2018. He was also working with KYBORA Emerging Markets Organisation Firm based in the US and focused on healthcare sector as a Managing Director for their MENA region. Amer executed successfully many projects at some manufacturing companies, consultancy firms, and training academies. He is also a certified trainer at the Saudi Digital Library (SDL). He presented many lectures and workshops in different local, regional, and international conferences throughout his career. He is an active user at different media platforms. Amer was heading the risk management team at KSU. He worked as a consultant for the Saudi Electronic University where he was helping them in their curriculum and human resources development. He was consultant for the vice-rector of graduate studies and scientific research looking after Riyadh Techno Valley (RTV) projects. He was the vicechairman for Saudi Scientific Society of Pharmaceutical Industries. Amer is now member at the Formulary Governance Committee at the Saudi Council of Health Insurance and also member of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Plants, Medicines Registration Committee at the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. Amer publishes more than 140 peer-reviewed articles in different field of Pharmaceutical Sciences. He is currently enrolled in Researchers Supporting Project program along with Distinguished Scientists Fellowship Program at KSU where he is collaborating with top scientists in the world.

Dr. Abdullah M. Al-Mohizea,

Dr. Abdullah Al-Mohizea has over 20 years of experience in Academia, regulatory and Pharmaceutical industry. He holds a B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from King Saud University, MBA (total quality management) and MSc of finance from Leicester University, and a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Al-Mohizea is professor at the college of Pharmacy, King Saud University and a former member of the industrial council, former vice president for the National Association of the Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies and former vice president for the Saudi Pharmaceutical Industry Association. He served previously as the General Manager of Tabuk Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company and executive director of the product evaluation and standard setting administration at the SFDA and he is a previous advisor with the World Health Organization (WHO) prequalification program, a previous member of the expert committee for the physical analysis with the United State Pharmacopeia (USP), Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the SFDA registration committees.

He obtained his bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy from Um AlQura University in 2013, Then he joined King Abdulaziz Medical City-Jeddah as a hospital Pharmacist. In 2019, he obtained his Saudi diploma in General Clinical Pharmacy (PGY-1) from King Abdulaziz Medical City-Jeddah which is a highly competitive program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), Followed by a Specialty Clinical Pharmacy Saudi Board in Critical Care Pharmacotherapy (PGY-2) in 2022 from King Abdulaziz Medical City-Riyadh which is an ASHP accredited program. He is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS), and a board member of the Critical Care Pharmacy Specialized Network (PSN) under the umbrella of the Saudi Society of Clinical Pharmacy (SSCP) since 2022. Dr. Sulaiman Almohaish completed his pharma.D. degree at King Faisal University (KFU) back in 2013. He then joined the College of Clinical Pharmacy as a faculty member and received scholarship to continue his education. He also completed a fellowship program in neurocritical care and postdoc program in neuroscience at Virginia Commonwealth University. Thamer Almangour is an Associated Professor at the clinical pharmacy department, college of pharmacy, at King Saud University and a consultant infectious diseases pharmacist at the university hospital. He is currently serving as the chairman of the clinical pharmacy department at King Saud University and the infectious diseases pharmacy residency program director at the university hospital. Dr. Haytham Abdulaziz Wali,

Dr. Haytham Wali is a board-certified infectious disease pharmacist (BCIDP) and a clinical assistant professor of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at King Faisal University College of Clinical Pharmacy in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. He completed his Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at King Abdulaziz University Faculty of Pharmacy in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2011. Then, he completed the Certificate of Advanced Pharmacy Practice Studies (CAPPS) program at MCPHS University in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, in 2015, and the Advanced Clinical Pharmacy Practice Graduate Certificate program at The University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in Tucson, Arizona, United States, in 2018. Dr. Mohammad Ali Yousef Alqudah

Dr. Mohammad Alqudah is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy. He received his PharmD degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in 2008 and his PhD in Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Iowa in 2013. Dr. Alqudah has served as the Head of Clinical Pharmacy at both JUST and King Abdullah University Hospital. Since 2021, he has been the Coordinator of the PharmD Program at the University of Sharjah. His research interests include both clinical and experimental therapeutics, with a focus on cancer and neuropsychiatric diseases

Dr Zelal is an Assistant Professor – Department of pharmacy practice and pharmacotherapeutics, University of Sharjah. She holds a PhD degree in Clinical Pharmacy and Pharmacy Practice from Faculty of Medical Sciences, Newcastle University- UK and MSc degree in Nutrition Medicine and Prevention, Hohenheim University- Germany. Zelal was awarded an “Honorary associated lecturer” title from Newcastle University- UK due to academic excellence. Zelal’s publications are mainly in the field of Clinical pharmacy, Pharmacy practice, Medical and Health Sciences. She has more than 70 publications in peer reviewed journals, and she is involved in various ongoing projects locally and internationally to serve the community in the UAE and in other regions of the world. Zelal supervised many students’ projects and won many awards and appreciation letters. She has a passion toward community outreach that was reflected through different newspapers and TV interviews speaking about different diseases treatment and prevention possibility to enhance public awareness

Prof. Ibrahim Moustafa

Ibrahim M. Moustafa is an academic and physiotherapy expert with a remarkable career spanning over a decade. He earned his doctoral degree in in 2009 and has since made significant contributions to the field. In 2020, he reached the pinnacle of his academic career, earning the title of Full Professor. His dedication to research and innovation in spinal rehabilitation and the neurophysiological underpinnings of posture correction and physical activities has resulted in numerous publications in esteemed international journals and conferences. Dr. Moustafa’s outstanding achievements have not gone unnoticed. He was honored with the Mediterranean Regional Research Award and has also received other prestigious regional accolades. His commitment to advancing the field of physiotherapy is further evidenced by his role as a dedicated reviewer for several renowned international journals. Dr. Moustafa serves as an Editorial Board Member and managing editor for many international journals .Since 2018, Dr. Moustafa has been entrusted with the esteemed position of Chairperson of the Physiotherapy Department at the University of Sharjah, a testament to his leadership and dedication to education.

Dr. Jacqueline Maria Dias

Dr. Jacqueline Maria Dias, PhD, MEd, BScN, SFHEA is an Associate Professor, TEIG scholar ( Teaching Excellence and Innovation) and a Faculty Advising Champion, and member of the Innovative Pedagogy, Professional Development and Leadership studies at the University of Sharjah, College of Health Sciences, and Department of Nursing, UAE. She has commissioned the first Masters in Adult Critical Care Program in the UAE in September 2020. In addition, she is a Senior Fellow with Higher Education Academy (HEA), UK, as well as an AnneMarie Schimmel Scholar. She has acquired an Advanced Diploma in Health Professions Education and a Professional Diploma in Health Professions from the University of Sharjah. She is known for her work in simulation in health professions education. Nationally, she is recognized as one of the leads in the UAE who have developed the UAE National Competency and Professional Practice Framework for Undergraduate Nursing Program in 2022.

Dr. Mohamed Madkour has completed his Ph.D. in Clinical & Molecular Biochemistry from Ain Shams University, Egypt in a channel with Lubeck University, Germany. He is currently working as an Assistant professor in the department of Medical Lab Sciences, College of Health Sciences, University of Sharjah. Dr. Mohamed Madkour had different academic positions at Qatar University and the University of Sharjah in the last 14 years. His training experience mainly with the clinical molecular genetics diseases analysis. Also, he has a previous experience in the infectious disease lab in the WHO reference lab. Dr. Madkour boasts an array of significant publications in esteemed international journals known for their substantial influence. and he is serving as an editorial board member and reviewer for several Molecular Biochemistry journals. His scholarly pursuits primarily revolve around investigating the association between intermittent fasting, Microbiome sequencing, and Nutrigenomics. Dr. Mukhalalati is an Associate Professor in the Clinical Pharmacy and Practice Department in the College of Pharmacy at Qatar University and the Director of Strategy and Program Development in the QU Health. Dr Mukhalalati received her BSc in Pharmacy from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia, and her MBA from Qatar University, before doing her PhD in the University of Bath in UK. Dr. Mukhalalati joined QU as a Founding Assistant Dean for Faculty and Student Affairs in 2009. Dr Mukhalalati has been appointed by FIP as a Global Lead for the 3rd FIP Development Goal ""Quality Assurance"" in 2019, and as the Chair of Policy Statement of Quality Assurance in Pharmacy Education in 2022. Dr Mukhalalati is also an active member of the Academic Pharmacy section in FIP, serving as a member in several subcommittees. Dr Mukhalalati graduated from the Executive Leadership Program by Qatar Leadership Center. Dr. Mukhalalati’s research interests are in the areas of learning theories, health profession education, preceptors’ professional development, cultural competence, capacity building, and disaster management. She has established research collaborations with prestigious institutions both locally and globally, has more than 23 publications in the areas of health profession education and research, and has been involved in supervising MSc students.
